He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brewer and Margaret Brewer (Sisko); his parents-in-law, Frank and Josephine Girondo; his sister Joyce Lockwood; and his siblings-in-law, Tony, Helen Girondo, Dominic, Roberta Girondo, Sophie, Bill Goldstein, Gary Lloyd, Arthur Lockwood and Arthur Burritt.
He is survived by: his sons, Tom Brewer (Jeanne) of Hornell, Paul Brewer (Brittany) of Hornell and Mark Brewer (Richard McGowan) of Rochester, NY; his grandchildren, Nicole McIntosh of Canaseraga, Chris Brewer (Melanie) of Hornell, Krista Brewer of Hornell, Jacob Brewer of Las Vegas, NV and Jaren Brewer of Newport News, VA; his great grandchildren, Jenna, Julionna, David McIntosh of Canaseraga, Christian, Brendan Brewer of Hornell, Amelia and Natalie Broughton of Hornell; his great great grandchildren, Charlotte Graham and Eleanor London of Canaseraga; his siblings, Charles Brewer (Margaret) of Hornell and Dolores Burritt of Fremont; and his sister-in-law Mary Jane Lloyd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
Funeral arrangements are in care of Dagon Funeral Home, 38 Church St., Hornell, NY Jerry's family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Alzheimer's Association Rochester & Finger Lakes Region Chapter, 200 Meridian Centre Blvd, Suite 110, Rochester, NY 14618.
