The memory of George Frederick Cobin (Hornell, New York), who passed away on July 16, 2024 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his wife L. Jean Greene Cobin; and his siblings, Alicia Cobin, Bobby Cobin, Dale Cobin and Jim Cobin.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Padden (Shaun) of Rochester, Sherry Cobin of Angelica, Ronald Cobin of Angelica and Brent Cobin (Stacey) of Dansville; his siblings-in-law, Joyce Kenyon and Raymond Greene (Syliva); and his close friends, Skip "Santa Claus" Hecker and Jackie Robbins. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home (101 West Ave, Angelica, NY 14709). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
