He is survived by: his parents, Betsey Kilbury of Hornell and Forrest Dye (Mary) of Lee, FL; his wife Ann Hale; his daughter Danielle "Dani" Rawlings (Lance) of Pompano Beach, FL; his brother Barry Dye (Mary) of Hornell; his stepsister Kelly Wightman (Dean) of Prattsburg, NY; his mothers-in-law, Mary Pena (Dale) of Hilton Head, SC and Lisa Crankshaw (Brooks) of Wilmette, IL; his nieces, Courtney Ashraf (Robert Myers) and Aline Crankshaw; and his nephew Patrick Wightman (Tricia).
Gary's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to either the Fremont Fire Department or the Fremont Cemetery Association.
