He was predeceased by: his parents, Seward F. Wessels and Thelma Wessels (Isaman); his daughter Elizabeth Wessels (MacLeod); and his sister Jennifer Lynn Wessels. He is survived by: his children, Linda Cwik of Hornell, Scott Wessels (Cheryl Hawkins) of Nichols, NY and Brett Wessels (Christina) of Hornell; his grandchildren, Dillian Wessels, Austin Wessels, Madysen Wessels, Brittany Clark, Kindra Wessels and Tabitha Wessels; his great grandchildren, Treyvon Callicutt, Zeavion McKenzie, Ellie Richards and Jack Richards; and his sister Ann Hicks (late John) of Branchport. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Hornell AMVETS, 28 Broadway Mall, Hornell, NY 14843.
