He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Fiacco and Mary Fiacco (Panfili); and his sister Edda Tuite (Fiacco) of Brockton, MA.. He is survived by: his spouse Church; his sons, Stephen Fiacco (Gerri) of Warren, NJ and Richard Fiacco (Kirsten) of Corning, NY; his grandchildren, Derek, Kyle, MaryClaire, Matthew and Gina Fiacco; his brothers, Robert Fiacco of Hornell, NY and Stephen Fiacco of Brockton, MA; his brother-in-law Leo Tuite of Brockton, MA; and also Mary Fiacco (Colomaio). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ezio's family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 – Dept. 300, Memphis, TN 38148.
