She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Jones and Helen Jones (Parcels); her husband Dominick Carbone; her sons, Leo Carbone and Tony Carbone; and her siblings, Josephine Galvan, Jessie Kleiman, Ruth "Rudy" Brown, Wendell Jones, David Jones and Leo Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia "Cindi" Kelleher (Marty) of Hornell, Joseph Carbone (Karen) of Hornell and Nickalus "Nick" Carbone of Hornell; her daughter-in-law Kate Carbone of Livonia; and her siblings, John Jones (Carolee) of Tennessee and Mary Cotton (Joe) of Alfred. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; nieces & nephews.
Evelyn's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620.
