Edward P. Zaparzynski Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward P. Zaparzynski of Hornell, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zaparzynski and Antoinette Zaparzynski (Gublo); his wife Peggy "Peg" Zaparzynski (Gordon); his son William Zaparzynski; his grandson Jason Coates; his great grandchild Zoey Kays; and his siblings, Theodore, Irene Celia, Adeline and Helen.
He is survived by: his children, Irene Farrell (Jim) of Dansville, NY, Edward Zaparzynski (Joanna) of Tucson, AZ and Jeffrey Zaparzynski (Jodi) of Hornell; his stepson Michael McGruther (Michele) of Downingtown, PA; and his close friend Big Papi (David Ortiz). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
