She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Fogarty and Mildred Fogarty (Murphy); her husband William S. "Bill" Argay; her sister Denise Fogarty; her brother-in-law Wayne Powers; her children, Dianne Heckel (John) of Canisteo, Maureen Cone of Daytona Beach, FL, Sharon Pacholski (Paul) of Ocala, FL, Christopher Argay (Rosanna) of Canisteo and Jennifer Larkin (Rob) of Garnerville, NY; her grandchildren, Willie Rideout (Nicole Foster), Kristen LaFleur (Ed), Jonathon Crider (Melanie), Samantha Lehman (Pete), Jeremy Crider, Michael Heckel (Brittany Guie), T. J. Rideout (Cianna), Lizzy Loop, Caden Argay, Brianna Larkin, Robert Larkin and Alyvia Argay; her great grandchildren, Eddie LaFleur, Evan Rideout, Carter Lehman, Kendall LaFleur, Jayke Crider, Jocelyn Rideout, Lucas Lehman, Morgan Lehman, Grayson Rideout and Xavier Rideout; and her siblings, Ellen Powers of Hornell, Maureen Palmer (Ron) of Canisteo, Fran Lemme (Dana) of Mt. Dora, FL and Frank Fogarty (Cindy) of Sorrento, FL. She was also cherished by several nieces & nephews.

Dotty's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to the Bath VA Hospital, Hospice Unit, 76 Veterans Ave., Bath, NY 14810.
