She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Farley and Gladys Farley (Preston); her brother Floyd Farley; and her siblings-in-law, Dolores HerrNeckar (Joseph) and Chuck Williams.
She is survived by: her son Darryl Williams (Jamie) of Hornell; her grandchildren, Krystle Malm (Mike) of Wayland, NY, Ronan Williams of Hornell and Kara Williams of Hornell; her great grandchildren, Lincoln and Payton; and her sisters-in-law, Betsey Farley of Arkport, NY, Sharon Northup (Jim) of Hammondsport, NY and Linda Williams of Wayland, NY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Donna's family requests that memorial contributions in her name be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, PO Box 91891, Washington, DC 20090-1891.
