She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Rahr and Patricia Rahr (Wilbur); her sister Connie France; her husband William Fitzwater; her children, Fawne Reigel (Charlie) of Perry, GA, William Recktenwald of Canisteo, NY and Heather Fitzwater of Canisteo, NY; her grandchildren, Amber McCutcheon (Jessie), Bret, Tara, Brooke, Barbara, Samual (Sadie), Nik, Gavin, Maddie and Macie; her great grandchild Gabriel; her brothers, Mike and Dan Rahr; and her pets, Teddy and Cocoa.
