He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Trickler and Frances Trickler (Montague); his sisters, Patricia O'Brien (Gerald) and Pauline; his siblings-in-law, Doug Ryan, Janice, George Wood and Jim Fisk; and his pet Monte.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Trickler (Wood); his children, Christine McPherson (Joseph) of Andover, NY and Michael Trickler (Stephanie Davis) of Hornell; his grandchildren, Kyle McPherson (Sage Powell), Justin McPherson (Janelle Sawyer), Josh Monday and Rhianna McPherson (Matthew Postelli); his great grandchild Jacob Presler; and his siblings-in-law, Dana Wood of Canaseraga, Bill Meade (Laurie) of Florida, Doris Fisk of Tennessee, Karen (Wood) and Mahoney (Greg) of Arkport, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in his memory to either the Canaseraga American Legion, 83 W. Main St., Canaserga, NY 14822 (envelopes will be available at the funeral home) or to the Canaseraga Lion Club.
