He is survived by: his children, Leona Martin of Hornell and Kingsley Bliss of Olean, NY; his father David Bliss Sr. of Florida; his siblings, Angelo Kulyeshie of Hornell, Jonathan Kulyeshie of Leroy, Cenyetta Burke (Tony) of Texas, Jodi Dinsmore (Derek) of Leroy and Ashley Hulbert of Rochester; and his half-sister Brittany Brace of Hornell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.

Memorial contributions in his name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
