He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. DeLany and Leora DeLany (Berry); his brother-in-law Patrick Houghtaling; and his nephew Ronnie Pickard. He is survived by: his children, Carrie Meadows (Daniel) of Pittsburgh, PA, Joshua DeLany (Angela) of Hornell, David B. DeLany (Ann Rosington) of Alfred Station and Simone Hendee (Bob) of Fremont; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Natalie, Brennan, Jaxson, Beau and Mabel Mae; his sisters, Renee Pickard (Ken) of Albuquerque, NM and Christine Houghtaling of Donalds, SC; his half-brother Walter Oxford (Jean) of Massachusetts; and his nephews, Jeremy Houghtaling and Steven Houghtaling.
