Hurlburt, Jr. (Rena Sue Acor) of Hornell; his siblings, Linda Hosmer of Hornell, Kathleen Eddy (Martin) of Alfred Station, Christine Rowe of Conesus, Debra Finney (Rodney) of Bath and Steven Hurlburt (Sue) of Hornell; his grandchildren, Emily Evingham (Josh), Kevin Young (Emily McCormick), Ashleigh Young (Richard Andrews), Zommus Hurlburt, Brittney Crosson (Matt), Karissa Hurlburt and Zackary Hurlburt; his stepgrandchildren, Charlee Stever, Madison Stever, Christopher Stever, Becky Lewis, Rhiannon Dailey, Zachary Dailey, Hannah Button and Tristan Rice; and his great grandchildren, Rosalyn, Olivia, Landon, Karson, Bella, Logan, Blake, Kamdyn, Kolton, Karolina, Elijah, Malachi and Zephaniah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
