It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dahl Francis Flynn Sr. (Hornell, New York), who passed away on September 2, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Flynn and Marjorie Peck Flynn; his wife Susan Flynn; and his siblings, Dolores Suriani, Arlinda Negron, Naomi Hurlburt, Juanita Harrington, Ramon Masterson, Donald Masterson, Raoul Masterson, Ernest Myers, Terry Myers and Patrick Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Dahl Flynn Jr. of Florida, William Brizzee (Denise) of Canisteo, Shawn Michael Brizzee (Michele) of Hornell, Kale Flynn of Hornell, Tina Ames of Niagara Falls, NY, Heidi Ramsey (DeWayne) of North Carolina, Christina Dennis of Hornell and Cassondra Clark (Ted) of Canisteo; and his siblings, Ricky Myers (Sandra) of Hartsville and Barbara Ann Payne of California. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home (354 Canisteo St, Hornell, NY 14823-1014). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
