With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cindy Sue Vance of Hornell, New York, who passed away on October 18, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joel Russell and Eleanor Russell; her sons, Michael Vance of Canisteo, NY, Matthew Vance (Brittany) and Mitchell Vance (Kendra Jarratt); her grandchildren, Austin, Hannah, Luke and Jacob; and her siblings, Dick Russell (Kathy), Carolyn Wallace (Mike) and Charlotte Stuart (Dean).
A private memorial service will be held for the family on Friday, due to COVID restrictions.
