He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Smith Gulliver Woolgar; his parents, N. Carol Woolgar (Woodworth) and Paul W. Woolgar; his grandparents, Martin, Wilda Woodworth, William and Hilda Woolgar; his aunts, Joyce Weger and Joan Tucker-Kabel; and his uncle Wayne Woodworth.
He is survived by: his stepson Larry Gulliver of Monterey, CA; his siblings, David Woolgar (Claudia Hackett) of Grand Prairie, TX, Richard Woolgar of Almond, Jaime Woolgar of North Hornell, Faye Wickwire (Thomas) of Tacoma, WA and Laurel Sanford (Roy) of Almond; his uncle Richard Woolgar of Orchard Park, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Thomas Turner (Tonya) of Hornell, Jason Turner (Angela) of Hornell, Sean Turner (Jenalee) of Howard, James Woolgar (Tammy) of Corning, Andrew Woolgar (Jahara) of Deltona, FL, Bobby Wickwire (Amber) of Graham, WA, Pam Gregory (Eric) of Plattsburg, NY and Shannon Wickwire (Michael Houston) of Steilacoom, WA.
