It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Dean Oyer of Hornell, New York, who passed away on January 10, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dean and Lillian Dean (Weinhauer); her husband James E. Oyer Sr.; and her siblings-in-law, Irene Oyer and Raymond Oyer (Midge Hunt).
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Oyer (Charlene) of Hornell and Jamie Oyer of Hornell; her grandchildren, Zachary (Katie), Tyler, Davin and Daelynn; her sister Harriett Latten (Donald) of Wellsville; her brothers-in-law, Richard Oyer and Robert Oyer (Irena); and her close friends, Peg O'Rourke, Joanne Palmesono and Debbie Mandiville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
