He was predeceased by: his parents, Donale Coogan and Lena Coogan (Flansburg); his grandparents, Fred and Katherine Flansburg; and his siblings, Harold Kinne and Eileen Benesch.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick Coogan of Henrietta, NY, Colleen Coogan of Hornell, Shawn Carlineo of Watkins Glen, NY, Julie Coogan and Todd Coogan; his grandchildren, Jennifer Noone, Erin Rauber, Collin Kratzer and Allen "AJ" Kilmer; his great grandchildren, Brody Noone, Emily Noone, Sadie Heckel, Luke Kilmer, Cole Briggs, Josiah Briggs and Jerikho Briggs; and his siblings, Donald Coogan of Baldwinsville, NY and Cheryl Kinne of Canisteo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
