With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Quinn of Hornell, New York, born in Troy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Jenkins and Dorothy Woods Jenkins; her husband Bart F. Quinn; and her daughter Pamela Lee Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Doreen A Sackett (Thomas) of Hornell, NY, Beth Ann Smith (Mark Bailey) of Elmira, NY and Duane R. Smith of Florida. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
