She is survived by: her parents, Ryan Nichols and Savanah Nichols (Hess) of Hornell; her grandmothers, Stacy Bradford and Paula Nichols; her great-grandparents, Daniel Bradford, Sr., Robin Rideout and Greg Kerr; her great-great-grandparent Ellen Powers; and her aunts and uncles, Zach Broughton (Krista Brewer), Samantha Hess, John Kilmer, Joseph Kilmer and Nathan Nichols (Britney Ormsby).
Ava's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
