She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Recktenwald and Genevieve Recktenwald (Hallett); her son John Clark; her grandchildren, Matt Stephens, Curtis Jack and Tanya Clark; and her siblings, Geraldine Dempsey, Laura Spooner, Ann Bullock, Marilyn Stuart, Joseph Recktenwald and Alan Recktenwald.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Markham (Jack) of Hornell, Jean Schreiner (Jerry) of Hornell, Patricia Clark (Mike) of Canisteo, William Clark (Yvonne) of Wayland and James Clark (Cammy) of Fennville, Mich.; and her siblings, Mary Muhleisen of Hornell, Bonnie Brunswick (James) of Wayland, Robert "Bob" Recktenwald (Linda) of Hornell, John "Jack" Recktenwald (Bonnie) of Montana and Gerald "Jerry" Recktenwald (Sonia) of Hornell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
