She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. DeMarco and Vienna Y. DeMarco (Forzato); and her nephew Kevin Bentz. She is survived by: her significant other Steven Smith of Canisteo; her sons, Anthony "Tony" Arce of Allentown, PA, Nicholas "Nick" Arce of Canisteo, Joseph "Joe" Arce of Canisteo and Tyler (Hannah Smith) of Scottsdale, AZ; her sisters, Maria Petrecz, Donna Shade, Lisa Williams and Denise DeMarco; and her grandchildren, Aria Smith, Jace Smith, Myla Smith and Karley Arce.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Dagon Funeral Home, 38 Church St., Hornell, NY Anita's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
