He was predeceased by: his father William Weiss; his grandmother Caroline Weiss; his wife Elizabeth Weiss (Ruth); and his brother Donald Weiss. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Weiss (Anna Lisa) of Nanuet, Pamela Weiss of Ossining and Kirsten Laux (Bill) of Hopewell Junction; and his grandsons, Nicholas, Andrew, Aiden and Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
