He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent "Jim" and Santa Maiello (Misseri); and his sisters, Jo-Ann Sherman and Louise Rosenthal. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Gibb); his children, James (Colette Simonot), John (Kate Dube) and Caroline Simmons (Luke); and his granddaughters, Amelia and Naomi Simmons.
