He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastiano Costanzo and Jennie Costanzo (Savio); and his brother Alfred Costanzo. He is survived by: his sons, Samuel (Patricia Costanzo) and Gary (Joni Sue Costanzo); his grandsons, Nicholas (Christina), Anthony (Elyse Aufrichtig) and Dylan Michael; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Costanzo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Victor's memory to Disabled American Veterans at Castle Point VAMC.
