He is survived by: his mother Barbara Brzozowski (Ruppenstein) of Poughquag; his brothers, James Brzozowski (Erin) of Union Vale, Erik Brzozowski of Camano Island, WA and Craig Brzozowski (Christin) of Union Vale; his nieces and nephews, Paul, Asher, Lucian, Madilyn and Blake; and his aunt Flo Brzozowski. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
