She was predeceased by: her parents, George Speedling and Thelma Speedling (Van Anden); and her husband Robert Henry "Bob" Filippini. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey (Heather) and Johnathan (Christina); her grandchildren, Alyssa and Henry; and her sister Linda (Gordon Yarema).

Memorial donations may be made to Hudson Valley Hospice, East Fishkill Rescue Squad, or the Madam Brett Homestead.
