He is survived by: his wife Teresa Di Lapi (Scalice); his children, John (Erica Di Lapi), Jessica (Ralph Greenfeld), Maria (Vincent Pipolo), Dana (Vincent Patterson) and Salvatore (Melissa Di Lapi); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas, Sofia Di Lapi, Evan Greenfeld, Alyssa, Marielle Pipolo, Anthony, Brendan, Olivia Patterson, Salvatore, Juliet and Bella Di Lapi.

Donations may be made in memory of Sal to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
