He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Holt and Gladys Holt; his wife Sylvia; and his son Brian. He is survived by: his sons, Ralph J. (Mary Jane), Dennis M. (Lori), John P. (Denise) and Christopher P. (Karen); his grandchildren, Patrick, Matthew, Megan, Douglas, Robert, Steven, Rachel, Shannon and Caitlin; and his great grandchildren, John Michael, Charlotte, Murray, Daniel and Eloise.
