He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberto Capuano and Pasqua Capuano (DiRienzo); his wife Lillian Capuano (Ryan); his grandson Anthony Sidote; and his siblings, Mario Capuano, Amelia Gagliardi, Luday Capuano and Benny Capuano.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Hansen (Finn) of Wappingers Falls, Lisa Brennan (John) of Verbank, Tracy Capuano Cotich of Wappingers Falls and Dana Capuano (Jim Wilson) of Wappingers Falls; his grandchildren, Patrick, Cristina Sidote, John Brennan (Lauren McMenamin), Kelly, Scott Giuliano, Jessica and TJ Miller; his great grandchildren, Gianni, Max, Luca, Addelyn, Louie, Kenley, Maria, Lenny, Claudia and Salvatore; and his brother Paul Capuano (Loreta). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
