He is survived by: his parents, Peter Bokowski and Anne Bokowski (Kucerak); his wife Susan Puchalski; his children, Steven, Mark, Melissa and Victoria of Hopewell Junction; his sisters, Bonnie Harrad (James) of Jordanville, Kathleen Bellotti (Louis) of Liverpool, Darlene McCann (John) of Liverpool and Karen Belgrader (Daniel) of Liverpool; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
