He is survived by: his wife Leonora Jansen; his children, Eveline Dehn and Roland Koke (Debbie); his grandchildren, Daniel, David Dehn, Brooke and Connor Koke; his brothers, Cees Kok and Johan Kok; and also Koert Kok.
Memorial donations may be made to the Hopewell Reformed Church in lieu of flowers.
