She is survived by: her parents, Robert Gaylog and Wanda Gaylog (Lopaze); her brother Robert Gaylog; her sister-in-law Crystal; her siblings, Kathleen Premuto (Robert) and Kelly Englert (Paul); her nieces and nephews, Christine, Robert Jr., Fred, Charles, Scott, Andrew, Rebecca and Jon; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Joseph, Hailey, Caroline, Lily, Hope, Abbey, Aiden, Ensley, Everet, Wyatt, Mason, Ava and Frankie; her close friend Scott Plimly; and also Wyatt.
