She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Cernik and Elizabeth Cernik (Worche). She is survived by: her husband Rocco; her children, Francine Perez (Luis), Dawn Potthast (Thomas), Dominic Valente (Therese) and Angela Guerra (Carlos); and her grandchildren, Preston, Dominic, Danica, Donovan, Chase, Austin, Juliana, Karl, Nickolas, Lucus and Amelia.
