He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Chafouleas and Cleopatra Chafouleas (Pappajohn). He is survived by: his spouse Jody A. Chafouleas (Kunzenmann); his daughter Taylor Chafouleas of Wappingers Falls; his siblings, Lois Gaglione (Kenneth), Vera Rico, Andrew Chafouleas and Sandra Sagliano (Michael); and his close friend Ernest Guardarramas. He is also survived by many other friends and family.
