He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Alphonse and Irene Alphonse (Kelley); and his sister Renee Alphonse. He is survived by: his wife Carol Alfonse (Kernaghan); his sons, Robert Alfonse (Fonda) of St. Petersburg, FL, Tony Alfonse (Carolynn) of Clayton, NC and Brian Alfonse (Vanessa) of LaGrangeville, NY; his grandchildren, Heather, Stephen (Ashley), Olivia and Alexandra Alfonse; his great grandchildren, Adaline and Josiah; and his brothers, John Alphonse of New Jersey, Michael Alphonse of Poughkeepsie, NY and Joseph Alphonse of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
