She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Clarkin and Bridget Clarkin of County Cavan, Ireland.; her sisters, Ann B. Clarkin Koenig and Mary P. Kiely; her husband John Francis Burke; her son James P. Burke; and her close friend William Pardy Sr. (Bill) of Fishkill.
She is survived by: her brother Peter Clarkin; her children, Catherine M. Burke of Fishkill and Thomas F. Burke (Karen Burke) of Milton; and her grandchildren, Kristen Burke, Kayla Burke, Chelsea Wheeler (Tyler Wheeler) and Jake Eadie. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Denis Church (602 Beekman Rd, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Denis Cemetery (604 Beekman Rd, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533).
