We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Julius M. Gionta (Hopewell Junction, New York), born in Manhattan, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Augusto Gionta and Florence Gionta (Troisi); his wife Phyllis D. Gionta; and his siblings, Dante Gionta and Caroline Gionta.
He is survived by: his sons, Jesse K. Gionta (Nancy) of Wappingers Falls and Greg Gionta (JoAnn) of Hopewell Junction; his granddaughters, Megan (Michael), Kayla (Ed), Sarah Jean, Grace and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Veronica, Mikey and Owen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in his memory to Disabled American Veterans at Castle Point VAMC or Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
