It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Heagney (Hopewell Junction, New York), born in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on July 21, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son John Fern. She is survived by: her parents, Alfred Rozelle and Carolyn Rozelle (Ackert); her husband David; her children, Michael Fern, Dave Kosakowski and Leonard Kosakowski (Jennifer); and her siblings, Cynthia Pfluger, Alfred Rozelle, Maria Rozelle and Gordon Rozelle. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
