She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Koontz and Alice Koontz; her husband Robert Chapman; her children, Audrey and Kevin Chapman; and her sister Mary Marshall.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Marion; her son Kenneth Chapman (Patricia); her grandchildren, Kellen, Brooke Chapman, Kirstin and John May; and her great grandchildren, Maggie, Sadie, Jameson May, Dillinger and Audreyna Chapman. She is also survived by three children.
