She is survived by: her husband Joseph D'Agostino; her sons, Scott Santos (Beatriz Santos) of Orlando, FL, Paul Santos (Kimberly Santos) of Poughquag, NY and David Santos (Rik Fairlie); her stepdaughter Jaynie D'Agostino; and her grandchildren, Sarah Santos, Brian Santos and Christopher Santos.

Memorial donations may be made to the Hopewell Reformed Church.
