With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Elizabeth Schreiber (Hopewell Junction, New York), born in Olean, New York, who passed away on September 14, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Hulbert and Dorothy Hulbert (Goodridge). She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Mattia (Joseph) of Poughquag, Janet Sokol (Paul) of Poughquag, Heather Wolters of Manor Park and Walter Schreiber of Poughkeepsie; her grandchildren, Miranda, Sarah, Patrick, Collin, Michael, Thomas, Cameron and Kaylee; and her siblings, Mary Hulbert Cronan, Greg (Darilyn Hulbert), Lois (Robert McKeown), Geraldine (Gary Parker) and David (Randi Hulbert). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
