He was predeceased by: his mother Jean DiCastro Musacchio. He is survived by: his father James R. Musacchio; his wife Stephanie Critelli; his children, James Tyler Musacchio, Nicole Musacchio and Matthew Musacchio; his brother Jeff Musacchio (Christina); his parents-in-law, Ronald and Frances Critelli; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Critelli (Kim), Jeff Critelli (Ethel), Marc Critelli and Matthew Critelli. He is also survived by his several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
