She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francesco Scarfo and Lida Scarfo (Comingo); her children, Frank Savarese (Andrea) of Roanoke, VA, Helen Schweitzer (Roy) of Union Vale, Albert Savarese (Tami) of Whitestone and Robert Savarese of Nyack; her grandchildren, Alfredo (Phyllis), Jennifer, Melissa, Peter, Daniel, Elizabeth, Stephanie and Danielle; her great grandchildren, Guliana, Peter, Ariana, Marina and AJ; her nieces, Theresa DelToro and Irene DiGiovanni; and her daughter Frances Savarese Molinari.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hudson Valley Hospice.
