He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Clyde and Abia Richner (Von); his siblings, Elsie Stone, Gladys Whartenby, Theodore Richner and Donald Richner; and his grandson Eric Peterson.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Carol Lee Richner (Naylor); his daughters, Kim Molodec (Mark) and Cyndi Souers (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kristin Peterson, Kyle Peterson (Taylor), Shawn Montefusco (Anne) and Tina Barger (John); his great grandchildren, Avery, Matthew Mazza, Harrison Knapp, Emili Knapp-Peterson, Felicity and Thea Barger; and his sister Dorothy Van Sant.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of Dutchess County.
