He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Anita; and his siblings, Elaine and Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his sons, John and Paul; his grandson John; his siblings, Eileen, Tim, Fred, Susan and Pamela; and his nieces and nephews, Benjamin and Alyssa.
In lieu of flowers, Gary requested memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
