He is survived by: his wife Christine Otero (Clarke); his children, Madison Elizabeth and Jackson Jose; his siblings, Elizabeth Vazquez, Ana Ayala, Marilyn Ortiz, Heriberto Ayala, Evelyn Otero Russell and Miguel Otero (Jackie); his fathers-in-law, Michele, Leo Saari, Michael and Emeline Clarke; his brothers-in-law, Michael Clarke, Jr., Eric Saari and Daniel Saari; his close friend Anthony M. Nappi (Jes); his pet Kasey; and his siblings, Jose Otero Jr. and Dianna Otero Lopez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
