With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Francis Vesey (Hopewell Junction, New York), born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on April 16, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vesey and Catherine Vesey (O'Hara); his son Michael Vesey; and his brother Jackie Vesey. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Shackel; his children, Kevin (Geriann Vesey), Karin (John Scrocca), Joseph Vesey (Daniel Lodato) and Kathleen (Christopher Lynch); his grandchildren, Julia, Jake, Joseph, Taylor, Madison, Christopher, Lily, Mason and Landon; and his brother Marty Vesey (Cathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Lutheran Care Center or the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
