He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Rice and Margaret Rice (McGuire); his son Edward Rice; and his siblings, Bernard "Red" Rice and Peggy Kirk.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Fusco; his daughter Cathy Oliva (Nick) of Hopewell Junction; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hewitt (Paul), Vincent Provenzano, Nicole Chappas (James), Alyssa Oliva and Michael Oliva; and his great grandchildren, Collin, Daniella, Cameron and Victoria. He is also survived by other loving relatives & friends.
